A Better Insulation Solution.

ECOMAXci® Wall Solution for Commercial Exterior Walls

Exterior commercial wall designs are required to achieve fire, air, and water performance in addition to thermal. This requires separate assembly tests where components must be compatible and tested together to pass. Building codes do not allow substitution of components.

The ECOMAXci® Wall Solution is a fully tested solution engineered to optimize continuous insulation while meeting fire, air, and water code requirements.

ECOMAXci® Wall Solution Includes

Rmax ECOMAXci FR Air Barrier Product Image.jpg

ECOMAXci® FR Air Barrier
Thermal Insulation

- Closed-cell polyiso foam core with heavy duty, embossed aluminum facers
- Provides continuous insulation reducing thermal bridging

R-SEAL 2000 LF 3D Materials.png

R-SEAL 2000 LF
Liquid Flashing/Tape

- Durable, non-sag, one-component hybrid technology
- Seals insulation joints to make the air and water barrier continuous across the studs
- Provides flashing around doors, windows, and penetrations to complete the air and water barrier for the entire wall assembly

Rmax R-SEAL 3000 Roll_Image.jpg

R-SEAL 3000
Joint Tape

- Aluminum with acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive
- Seals insulation joints to make the air and water barrier continuous across the studs

R-SEAL+6000+%281%29.jpg

R-SEAL 6000
Flashing Tape

- Self-sealing polyethylene membrane with butyl rubber adhesive
- Provides flashing around doors, windows and penetrations to complete the air and water barrier for the entire wall assembly

Together, these elements have been tested to meet fire performance, air infiltration and moisture resistance standards for a more effective, efficient building envelope design.

“As a commercial masonry foreman, I have worked extensively installing Rmax as well as other polyiso systems. Once our insulation installers had completed their work there was usually a lapse in time before our masons installed the veneer. With the other systems I was constantly finding myself having to monitor the vapor barrier, inspecting the seam tapes and having to fix fish mouths and puckers. With the ECOMAXci® Wall Solution including R-SEAL 6000 flashing, even with extensive time exposed to the elements, I found that the seams were still flat and providing a watertight seal. I have now taken an estimation position with a new company and I’m always trying to push the ECOMAXci® system over their competitors. My field experience has given me the utmost confidence in a system that when installed properly will not result in expensive call backs.”
